The Village Idiot is a new comedy night curated by industry insiders, bringing national comedians to local communities. You don’t need to travel into London to see the country’s most exciting comedy talent because they’re coming to you. Here’s what one audience member had to say:

The Lineup
Lil Wenker
(her real name) is a stalwart of the UK alternative comedy scene selling out two runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and touring Australia and the USA.
Rohan Sharma
Described by Rolling Stone Magazine as a comedian “at the very forefront of an exciting new generation of British comedy,” he was awarded Leicester Square Comedian of the Year 2024.
Katie Norris
For her show Go West Or Go Home, Katie Norris was nominated for Best Show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2025 and has received critical acclaim. Following her appearance on the 8 Out Of 10 Cats Christmas Special, Katie is preparing for her national tour.
